Domino's style Zingy Parcel (without yeast)

So many people prefer to have pizzas, burgers, parcels, desserts in Domino's.Due to the current pandemic we are thus bound to live indoors ,now you can bring your favorite foods to your home. Here is the recipe of most popular and favorite zingy parcel. Though the time of preparation is long, the recipe is quick and easy. All you need is to prepare the dough properly and bake it in a right temperature. I am sharing a without yeast Zingy Parcel recipe. So that it will be easy for you to make it at your home in any time. I have made the zingy parcel with eggs, but will share the recipe for paneer and chicken also. So if you are missing outside food, just make this Domino's Style Zingy Parcel, enjoy with your family and be safe at home.



Ingredients:

Dough :

2 Cups Maida

2 tbsp Sugar

1/2 Cup Curd

1 tsp Baking Soda

2 tsp Baking Powder

Salt


Stuffing:

4 Chopped Boiled Eggs / 200gm Sauteed Paneer or Chicken Cubes

2 tbsp Mayonnaise

1 tbsp Schezwan Sauce

A Pinch of Turmeric

1 tsp black pepper

salt as per taste


Others:

10 garlic cloves

2 tbsp coriander chopped

3 tbsp butter


Method:

Take all the ingredients for the dough in a deep pot. Mix all the ingredients. If needed add little bit of water at once and kneed properly. Kneed it at least for 15 minutes. Cover it with a wet cloth and keep in a warm place for 4 hours.


We will prepare for the stuffing. Heat a kadai. Add 1 tbsp butter. Add the cubed paneer/chicken. Sprinkle some salt and pepper. Saute it for 5 to 10 minutes.


If you are using eggs, hard boil the eggs and chopped them into small cubes.


In a bowl take the eggs/paneer/chicken, add all other ingredients for the stuffings. Mix them well and keep aside for 20 minutes.


For the brushing, take a small bowl add butter, crushed garlic. Now melt the butter in a microwave or use a double boiler method. Now add coriander leaves.


Now take out the dough. Kneed it for another 5 minutes. Divide it into four equal dough balls. Again cover it with wet cloth and give it rest for 10 minutes.


Take a ball, roll it into 1cm thick circle. Brush the butter mixture over it. Leave the sides. Fold the edges as shown in pic.









In the middle place the stuffing. Now bring all points together to the middle and pinch it properly. Or secure the shape by piercing a toothpick in the middle.




Now make all the three Zingy Parcels in this method. If you have left with some stuffings, you can use it in the sandwiches.



Preheat the oven at 200°C for 10 minutes. Brush each zingy parcel with butter mixture and let it bake it for 25 minute at 200°C with both the rods on. You can adjust the timing according to your oven. Just bake it until it turn into golden brown.


If you are using a kadai, Heat a kadai ,cover it and let it heat on medium flame for 10 minutes. Now place a stand or a small steel bowl over which you can place the plate. Take the zingy parcels on a plate, place it over the bow. Cover and cook it on medium heat for 30 minutes or until it turns golden brown.


After zingy parcels are done ,take it out on a plate and cover it with a wet cloth for 5 to 10 minutes. You can brush some butter or sprinkle some oregano before serving. Enjoy this Domino's styl Zingy Parcel at home with your loved ones.
