Oats Pudding

Oats are nowadays the most popular cereal among fitness freaks. Oats are versatile food that you can prepare and have in many ways. Oats are good sources of fibre, manganese, vitamins, carbohydrates & proteins. Oats are easy and quick to cook. It's a very time consuming breakfast on busy days. Cookies, cakes, granola bars, porridge, upma, khichdi and many more recipes can be prepared with this wonderful ingredient. On the other hand, oats are full of antioxidants and control cholesterol levels when consumed regularly. It also controls the blood sugar level. So, with these many health benefits, you can include oats in your daily routine. Here I am going to share a three ingredients oats pudding recipe which can be prepared in less than half an hour. In this recipe oats are cooked slowly in milk with a few spoons of condensed milk which results in a rich and creamy texture of pudding. I am sharing a recipe for one serving. You can give twist to the recipe according to your taste, such as you can add your favourite dry fruits or you can change the quantity of condensed milk according to your taste. Those who are still not fans of oats, especially kids, will fall in love with this oats pudding. Whatever it is, this oat pudding is a must try recipe. So try this recipe as soon as you can.



Ingredients:

2 cups milk

1/2 cup instant oats

2 tbsp condensed milk

choice of your dry fruits or fruits


Method:

Heat a saucepan. Add milk. Let it simmer on low-medium heat for 10 minutes.


Add Oats. Stir well. Add condensed milk. Simmer it on low flame until you get the consistency of your choice. Stir continuously, otherwise it will stick to the bottom.


When it will become creamy and thick, off the flame. You can adjust the consistency

of your choice by adding milk.


Top it with your favourite fruits or dry fruits. Serve it hot or chilled.
