Schezwan Fried Rice

If you are a Chinese cuisine lover, then fried rice must be one of your favorite dishes. Fried rice is a very famous dish among Asian people. It is the most comfort food ever. Personally I usually make this dish at home when it's a lazy day or my kitchen ran out of ingredients. The fried rice literally required least number of ingredients. There are different verities of fried rice can be made all over the world. But here I am sharing the recipe of schezwan egg fried rice. You can also make seafood fried rice or veg fried rice or non veg fried rice as per your choice. I have used only capsicum and onion in vegetables, but you can add more vegetables according to your taste. The best thing is you can make the dish with left over rice. I will give you two tips for the recipe. While adding the ingredients always keep the flame high and while adding the sauces always keep the flame low. I hope you will surely enjoy this amazing dish.



Ingredients:

Cooked rice - 1 cup

Medium onion- 1

Capsicum - 2 tbsp

Schezwan sauce- 2 tbsp

Tomato ketchup - 1 tsp

Salt as per taste

Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp

Egg- 2 nos.


Method:

Heat a deep bottom pan. Add oil.


Add little bit large sized chopped onion and capsicum. Add a little bit salt. Toss well for 3 - 4 minutes on high flame.


In a pan scramble 2 eggs with little bit salt and black pepper.


Now add the scrambled eggs to the vegetables. Mix well.


Add rice. Add tomato ketchup and schezwan sauce. Give it a toss on high flame. Adjust the salt as per your taste. And enjoy your schezwan egg fried rice within a minute.
